Patrick is the Head Golf Professional at Big Mountain Golf Club starting in the spring of 2011.  Prior to moving back to the Flathead Valley, Patrick was a Teaching Professional at Shadow Glen Golf Club, the Head Golf Professional at Brookridge Golf and Country Club in the Kansas City area and he served as an Assistant Golf Professional at Castle Pines Golf Club in Colorado.

 

Most of Patrick’s teaching experience came at the Kapalua Resort on the Island of Maui as a Senior Teaching Professional under the mentoring of Jerry King, Jim Flick, and Mike Adams, all Top 100 Golf Instructors in America. Patrick has given hundreds of private lessons, directed corportate and large group clinics as well as ½ day, 2 day and 3 day golf schools.  During his time at the Kapalua Golf Academy, the Academy was awarded its highest honor as being named one of the “Top 25 Golf Schools in America” by Golf Magazine. 

Karen, an LPGA member and Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, has been teaching golf at Big Mountain Golf Club since 2005.  She divides her time between Montana and Arizona, where she teaches at Rio Verde Country Club during the winter.

 

Karen works with a wide variety of students, from juniors to seniors, and novices to experienced golfers in private lessons, clinics and playing lessons, but especially loves introducing women to the fun they can have playing the game of golf.

 

Karen and her husband Greg live in Bigfork, Montana.

 

 

 

 

 

Joe Arriaga is in his 11th season with Big Mountain Golf Club as a former assistant golf Professional and currently as the Pro Shop Manager. 

 

Prior to moving to the Flathead Valley in 2000, he played collegiate golf for DeAnza College in San Jose, California.  Joe currently resides in Kalispell, Montana with his wife Amy and his two children, Isabella, 7, and Hunter, 2.
